Management

Hi! My name is Sarah Rusch, a passionate A&R, artist manager, and musician. This site is my personal space where I share my journey, explore musical endeavors, and connect with industry professionals. I specialize in discovering unsigned and upcoming talent prior to their development in the industry. I aspire to utilize my skills in order to spread the unity and power of music while bringing a musical dream to reality. I’m passionate about helping artists develop their sound, brand, and audience, and I’m seeking opportunities in A&R, artist management, or music marketing.
